An alert is a warning message created by an organization about someone seeking assistance.

If someone comes into your organization and is hostile, taking advantage of your generosity, or simply someone that you want to warn other organizations about, you can create an alert.

When another organization searches for a recipient, they'll see any alerts (made by any organization) for people matching that name in their area.
